John Galliano Filed Suit Against Dior

John Galliano has filed suit against Christian Dior S.A. and its parent company Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy for €15 million (that's almost $19 million). Galliano's claim: an employee/employer dispute, which likely stems from a breach of contract as at-will employment is not as heavily recognized in European employment law as it is in the U.S. Galliano was abruptly outed from Dior, as well as his namesake label, after he was caught making an anti-Semitic rant on tape.
