French model Constance Jablonski just got slapped with a $3.3 million lawsuit by Marilyn Model Management. The company, who has repped Jablonski since September 2011, is claiming that the model's recent switch to DNA (another modeling agency) is in breach her three-year contract with Marilyn. It sounds like Marilyn may also be suing DNA, holding that "DNA’s wrongful conduct is for the purpose of destablizing Marilyn’s business, and causing irreparable damage to its image [and] reputation." You may recognize Constance as she is the face of Dior and Estée Lauder, and she hit the runway for this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Without more info, it sounds like Constance may have to pay up for breaking her contract, which is in effect until September 2014.
