Korean menswear designer Juun.J, look to the post-World War II gangster for inspiration for his S/S 2013 collection. The result exaggerated shoulders, elongated sleeves, fitted jackets and voluminous trousers. Volume and proportion were clearly the designer's focus for this collection, which consists mainly of blacks, whites, some khaki colored wares, and orange accents. While the pin-striped suits are not my favorite, the mix of structured and unstructured garments flowed so nicely that I am willing to look past the stripes.
