As we know from the lawsuit that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West filed against YouTube co-founder, Chad Hurley, for breaching a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) after attending their engagement ceremony, these two don’t play around. Not surprisingly, wedding guests and all wedding staff have all been asked to sign major NDAs legally barring them from speaking out about the couple’s nuptials. While it has been reported that the wedding will not be aired as part of E! Entertainment’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the couple is reportedly attempting to prevent any footage from being released before the wedding airs on the reality show.

According to our sources, the 15 page NDAs that wedding-goers must sign prevent them from posting anything on social media, taking pictures and even talking about the big day with any uninvited individuals. However, long before the big day, vendors, PR companies, and others even remotely involved in the wedding planning were forced to sign NDAs, which reportedly result in a $30 million penalty if breached. Page 6 is reporting that the wedding staff has been ordered to sign $5 million NDAs.
