What is a TFL subscription?
A subscription to TFL provides unlimited access to all of our content (articles, daily links, legal documents & filings, Resource Center), in addition to two new newsletters, webinars & events, our LinkedIn community, and more to come.
Can I still access TFL content if I do not subscribe?
If you do not purchase one of the TFL subscription packages, you will only have access to a few select articles per month. For unlimited access to TFL content and members-only exclusives, a subscription is required.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! We are proud to offer student discounts. Send us an email at email@example.com, and one of our team members will assist you with the sign up process. Have your student email, school, and graduation month & year ready to receive a discounted rate for as long as you are a student.
Do you offer group discounts or enterprise logins?
Yes! We are excited to offer special pricing for groups in need of 5 or more logins. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us about your group, company, or school, and a member of our team will be in touch.
Why do I need a subscription to access TFL when the site used to be available for free?
At TFL, our primary objective is to make you more informed every day, and by launching subscription plans, we are able to invest even more resources to provide you with valuable new offerings in furtherance of that mission.
Specifically, we are expanding the breadth of our content, providing deeper analysis and more robust reporting, and diversifying our offerings so that we can better equip you, your team, and your company with the information that you need to navigate the rapidly-evolving fashion and retail industries.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking “My Account,” and selecting “Unsubscribe” under the “Subscriptions” section. Questions? Please contact email@example.com.
Will I still have access to TFL after I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel your subscription, you will have access to TFL until the last day of your plan. If you purchased a monthly subscription, you will have access through the end of the month in which you cancelled. If you purchased an annual subscription, you will have access through the end of the year in which you cancelled.
What forms of payment do you accept and how will I be charged?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not currently accept PayPal.
Unless a subscription is cancelled by the user, TFL’s subscription plans renew automatically in accordance with the relevant timeline, and will be charged to the payment method provided by the user at the time of registration. With the exception of duplications in billing, which will be refunded to the original payment method, we do not issue refunds for subscription plans.
